Gift Aid Declaration

If you are a UK taxpayer, the Palm Tree Foundation can recover the tax on any donation you make now or in the future. All you have to do is sign a Gift Aid Declaration. This is one of the incentives, introduced by the Chancellor to maximise charity giving by simplifying the ways that charities can recover the tax paid on donations, currently 28p for every £1 that you give. This could mean a significant increase in the value of donations from individuals allowing The Palm Tree Foundation to develop its programmes and facilities.

By signing the Gift Aid declaration below, you can increase the value of your gift to Palm Tree Foundation by a further 28% - at no extra cost to yourself!

Simply complete this form and send it with your donation to: The Palm Tree Foundation, Chase End, 14 South Approach, Moor Park, Northwood, Middlesex HA6 2ET.  For more information please call
